Agro Next operates as an agriculture and livestock–based investment platform. The Agro Next is designed to facilitate investor registration, investment tracking, communication, and record management related to Agro Next projects. By using this application, users agree to comply with this Policy, including all terms, conditions, and notices stated herein.

2. Scope of Services

Through the Agro Next Application, investors may:

• Create and manage their investor accounts
• View and track agriculture and livestock investment records
• Receive project updates and notifications
• Submit and update personal, bank, and nominee information
• Receive profit and principal information related to completed projects

The App does not provide any in-app wallet, payment gateway, or digital transaction facility.

3. User Eligibility & Registration

• Only investors are permitted to use the Agro Next Application.
• Users must register using a valid email address, phone number, and password.
• Users may log in using either password-based login or OTP-based login.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

4. Information Collected

Agro Next may collect and store the following information provided by users:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• National ID (NID)
• Age
• Bank account details
• Nominee information

All information must be accurate and kept up to date by the user.

5. Investment Process

• All investments must be made only to Agro Next’s officially designated bank accounts.
• The Agro Next Application is mandatory for tracking and managing investments.
• Transactions made through any other bank account, app, platform, or third party shall not be considered valid, and Agro Next shall bear no liability for such transactions.

6. Profit Distribution

• Profits are distributed directly to the investor’s registered bank account.
• All investments are managed under Halal investment principles.
• Profit is not fixed or guaranteed and may vary depending on:
  • Project performance
  • Market conditions
  • Agricultural and livestock risks

Agro Next does not guarantee any specific rate of return.

7. Nominee & Death Benefit

• Investors may add nominee information through the App.
• In the event of an investor’s death, Agro Next shall distribute the investor’s due profit and/or balance to the registered nominee, subject to verification and applicable legal documentation.

8. Notifications & Communication

Users will receive notifications related to:

• Account security
• Investment updates
• Profit announcements
• Policy or system updates
• Transaction alerts

Notifications may be delivered via in-app alerts, SMS, email, or other approved communication channels.

9. Data Usage & Privacy

• Agro Next shall not sell or share users’ personal data with third parties.
• User data may be used internally for:

All reasonable measures are taken to safeguard user data.

• Users are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and personal devices.

  • Unauthorized changes to bank information not reported in time

Users must immediately notify Agro Next if they suspect any unauthorized access.

Agro Next shall not be responsible for losses resulting from:

Use of the App is at the user’s own risk.
